Empty Pockets

The amount of money that I have been dropping on my new camera body and lenses over the past month is rediculously insane. I would still prefur to have one more lens, but let’s face it. I can’t afford another $1,000+ lens (the one I want is actually close to $2,000. Yikes!). Especially since I still need to buy an external flash, more batteries, maybe a tripod – since mine is broken and not strong enough to hold my new camera in place, it slowly slides down – and maybe a new bag for all of this new crap. Maybe. Bags are expensive. You would not believe it if I told you. Well, maybe you would…

So this is a picture of my new toys. What an expensive hobby/profession… whichever you choose to call it. Like I said, I am hoping to make this a business but I need to get out there and take more pictures. April weather doesn’t allow much of that however. I am stuck taking pictures of the zoo of animals we have here for now… and some studio shots of random things.

I really want it to be a nice, warm sunny day so I can take the monster dog to the Dog Park and get shots of other people’s well behaved dogs. How fun would that be?

It would be absolutely delightful.
